Register for Demo and check it out! You will learn how to navigate the eUni platform and complete your first course!
There can be several reasons why you did not receive an activation email.
There was a typo in the email address when you registered on euni.iba.by.
For some reason, you might not have successfully registered an account on euni.iba.by.
The automated activation email message was caught by your spam filter.
Your email provider might have blocked the automated email message.
Here's what you can do.
Check your spam or junk mail folder for an email from support@euni.iba.by.
Add support@euni.iba.by to your email contacts or approved senders list.
Try registering again with the same email address. If the account already exists, you'll see an error indicating that there is a duplicate email address.
From the euni.iba.by log in page, click "Reset my password". The password reset message will activate your account.
You can find more detailed information about eUni and eUni courses in our eUni Learner's Guide.
This resource provides information on enrollment tracks, certificates, our video player, course discussion forums, and much more!
Some eUni courses include a highlight and note-taking function. You can highlight passages and make notes within the course. These highlights and notes then appear on the Notes tab at the top of any course page.
You can learn more about this feature in our learner documentation: Taking Notes in an eUni Course.
If you see an "email or password incorrect" message, make sure that the email address you entered is the one that you registered for your eUni account.
If you continue to see this message, try changing your password: click Forgot Password.
The eUni sign in page with the email or password incorrect message at the top, and the Forgot password link indicated at the end.
If you see a different error, check for these common problems.
If you clicked Forgot Password but have not received an email message with a link to reset your password, check for these common problems.
Is your email address entered correctly on the sign in page? Check for errors and try again.
Did you enter the same email address that you used to register your eUni account? Reset messages are sent only to registered email addresses.
Did you check your spam message folders? Check your spam folder for a message from support.euni.iba.by.
If the message is not there, try adding support@euni.iba.by to your contacts or your approved senders list, and then reset your password again.
Did you complete the account registration process for euni.iba.by? To check, try registering again with the same email address. (If the account does exist, a message will indicate that you entered a duplicate email address.)
You can change the language for the eUni platform to English or Rusian.
Your new language preference is saved as soon as you select it, and the page reloads to display in the selected language.
Note that this setting changes the language used for text that is supplied by the eUni platform. Text supplied for individual courses may not be available in multiple languages.
You can find a Forgot password link on the sign in page.
After you click this link and enter your email address, eUni sends you an email message with a link to follow to reset your password.
If you are already signed in, you can reset your password on the Account Settings page.
In your eUni account settings you can update:
To change your eUni account details, when you are signed in click the menu under your username (Information). Here is a direct link to your Account Settings.
You can change your name on the account settings page. After you sign in, click on your username, and then select Information.
Now you can change your name in the Full Name field.
Note: The certificates that you earn are issued to your full name.
To save your changes after you edit your name, click Save.
When you log in, you should see the course on your dashboard.
If you are seeing your course, click on the "Start" button. This will take you into the course itself.
You have community of classmates you can engage with questions as well as support from the course staff who monitor the discussion forum. Take a look at the course's discussion forum to review questions, answers, and comments from fellow students, as well as post a question.
We are not able to offer individual extensions or early access as course schedules are fixed, and there is no way to change the dates of assignments or exams for one student. It is certainly possible to pass an eUni course if you miss some assignments; however, coursework is progressive, so you should review and study what you may have missed.
Some courses automatically drop one or more of your lowest graded assignments. Check your course syllabus for important dates and more information.
After you complete graded assignments in a course, your score will appear on the Score button. There you will find a graph of all graded assignments in the course and below that, a list of all assignments and their scores. Only graded assignments will appear on the graph and count towards your final score. Ungraded assignments will not show a score. The "Score" column show your cumulative average for all assignments of that type through your course. This will rise as you complete more assignments of that type. To pass you will need a Total score on the graph by the course end date.
